Add one ounce of Catalyst Water concentrate to 1 gallon of clean water. Drink a glass or two as a refreshing, healthful drink. You can use up to two ounces of Catalyst Water concentrate in a gallon of water if you need more relief. Diluted Catalyst Water will not harm you in anyway.
